William "Bill" G. Gillette, P.E. graduated from University of
Missouri-Rolla with a Bachelor
of Science degree in Mechanical
Engineering in 1982. He
received his Professional License in Georgia 1991 and currently holds a Tennessee license. Former member of Robotics International, He
developed robotic welding systems early in his career. He also performed
concept and applications work in designing the GM/Saturn Plant, the Apple/MacIntosh factory and Ford River Rouge facility. He
served on the International Standards Committee for the Machine Vision
Association. He is an award winning designer, winning awards at Steelcraft
for his work on patented steel door products as well as numerous achievement awards at Allied Signal for his work in process
improvement and cost reductions. Over his career of 24 years he has
generated millions of dollars in cost
reductions and new revenue for his clients and employers. His experience
covers many fields of manufacturing and design as well as most facets of
mechanical engineering. In
April of 1996 he launched his own consulting firm -Razor’s Edge Engineering.
He has been offering professional engineering services to meet the needs of
clients who have specialized projects that need his expertise. |

Jacquilla
L. S. Gillette graduated from Berea College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology
Management in 1995. She has experience in production management, production scheduling, process
documentation, technical writing and graphic design. In 2001 she moved in a
new direction utilizing her variety of
experience to pursue a career in commercial and custom residential
design. She joined her husband who is
a licensed Mechanical Engineer and became partner in his consulting
business. Using specialized 3
dimensional architectural software (Chief Architect) she has steadily
built her part of the business. She now has experience working with
realtors, contractors and individuals to fulfill their custom residential and
commercial building design needs, whether it be a spec home, custom new home,
addition or deluxe detached garage. Her services also include concept renderings and/or plans for
commercial design. She is listed on the Services Referral List at the Rarity
Bay waterfront living community on Lake Tellico in Vonore, Tennessee. Recent
achievements include being named the preferred designer and serving on the
architectural review board for Sweet Grass Plantation. Sweet Grass Plantation is one of the newest
gated communities facing the Great Smoky Mountains in beautiful Blount
County, Tennessee. She is the only female Certified Professional Building
Designer in the state of Tennessee. With her certification, seminar
attendances and continuing education her clients can feel confident in her
abilities and knowledge of what is needed to professionally design their home
or other building structure. |
